Tulip 'La Belle Epoque'

I haven't met a single farmer or florist who has said they prefer another tulip. This is a across the board THE favorite, and is in high demand and sells out quick.  This tulip made me fall in love with all other tulips. Truly. This was the one that started it all. My first experience of a tulip taking my breath away, and my first realization that tulips were more than the ugly orange and pink ones what you found at home depot... I guess you could say it started Hitchfoot. She's pricey, but she's worth it. 

A beautiful double bloom, that blooms mid/late season. She's a glorious color shifter. Initially blooms with peach, apricot, burgundy, and rose highlights, and softly fades to shades of copper, faded rose, and champagne.  Ht: 16"
