Can I return an item? We take pride in sending out healthy, high-quality bulbs and rhizomes and guarantee their viability for 10 days after delivery. If your order arrives damaged or you have concerns about the condition of your plants, please reach out within 10 days of receiving them, and we'll do our best to make it right.

Because every garden is different, we unfortunately can't guarantee growing or flowering success after planting. Weather, soil conditions, planting depth, watering, and many other factors can affect how a plant performs from season to season.

That said, we do guarantee that you'll receive the variety you ordered. If a bulb or rhizome blooms and turns out to be something different than what was purchased, just send us a photo and we'll happily refund the difference or replace the item as appropriate.
